  Called twice,talked to 2 employees 1st before going into Amscot.Both employees are reassured me that they had my information on file and it just bring in my driver's license so I did. When I got there I was greeted by a very rude employee who said she had been there six years. First she got on the phone and was laughing with someone while I was waiting and watching her count money walk around in the back on the phone asking me questions like this how long have you been on Social Security? May I please see the paperwork that you brought in to show your income? (even tho the other ppl I spoke to said I only need my driver's license that my record was good and to just come in) How long have you been at your address? How long have you been at your bank? I replied 20 years. Do you have another account at your bank that you could write the check on? This caused me so much stress it was supposed to be nice and easy walk in I even had my paperwork on how much I get a month which they told me I didn't need in the first place but I brought it just in case. Finally after going back on the phone again and the phone reaches over to other employees and she's working on a different register still laughing with somebody on the phone as I stood there getting humiliated. A few years back I had a problem with Amscot it wasn't me it was my bank my bank wrote Amscot a letter said it was their fault that they didn't pay the check I showed proof to answer the letter and that the check was paid. So if you want to go in to Amscot for a no credit check no hassle free don't bother! If this woman has been at her job for 6 years? God bless the poor ppl before me. I went a block away and was treated respectfully at Check n Go it was no problem.
