  From the moment we walked in at Wesche’s, everyone was very welcoming. Although searching for the perfect diamond ring was a bit daunting at first, Tracy’s personal and undivided attention, friendliness, and patience throughout the process eased our anxieties and made this an experience beyond our expectations. She was amazing. During multiple meetings (including her days off) and many hours of trying to decide between different rings, designers, and diamonds, Tracy was always ready and willing to answer our questions and to assist us in finding the ring that we were imagining. After listening to the style of ring we had in mind, Tracy directed us to the artistic designs by Mark Schneider. In his collection we found the ring that we had envisioned. We were even able to add a customized touch by requesting slight modifications to make it our own. When discussing the various parameters for the diamond, Tracy brought in Carrie, the gemologist, who explained everything from diamond mining to the process of cutting and classifying diamonds, which was fascinating, educational, and extremely helpful in determining the right diamond. We cannot say enough about the personal care and attention they extended toward us, which made us feel very special. In the end, the diamond ring crafted by Mark Schneider was an absolutely gorgeous work of art, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with his beautiful work. We are sincerely grateful to Tracy, Carrie, and the entire Wesche team for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond for us! We can't thank you enough! Shannon and Tino

  Went in to look for a new wedding band to celebrate 35th Anniversary. Tracy did a wonderful job showing me so many wedding bands. She took her time and showed me so many different styles, as I wasn't sure what I wanted. She was more interested in me being happy with my decision, knowing that I am not flashy! I was with my son two years ago when she helped him pick an engagement ring and loved her personality then, not pushy at all, she really listens to her customer.
